All Hip Art is custom made to your order, with the utmost care. Please allow appoximately 2 weeks for your accessories to be handcrafted. Orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail and are insured. Charges are calculated on your total order. You will receive an email once your order has shipped. Shipping rates apply to 48 continental US states. Please email service@zazzmo.comto get rates for Alaska, Hawaii, other countries, or expedited shipping.

Although we hope you are thrilled with your purchases from Zazzmo - Hip Art , we understand this may not always be the case. Please let us know by contacting us at returns@Zazzmo.com. 

We will issue a credit or refund on Ready to Wear items and other products (excluding Custom Made To Order) that are returned in original condition if mailed back within 7 days. We will issue a credit for those products returned within 14 days. Shipping charges are not refundable.   Merchandise not returned within this time frame will not be eligible for credit or a refund.

Please be careful in your selection of styles, color choices and size preferences. Custom Made To Order items are designed according to your specifications.  All sales are FINAL on Custom Made To Order products. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

Zazzmo reserves the right to deem merchandise as unacceptable for return if found to be used, damaged or mishandled.

For your protection, you should always return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS. Please insure your return and keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for damaged returns or returns sent via a non-trackable method. Shipping charges are not refundable.

SALES OR DISCONTINUED ITEMS: At times, Zazzmo will offer specially priced merchandise. Those items, clearly marked as discontinued or sale, will not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

To order the correct size, measure around your waist and allow for the type of pants or tops you wear, and how long you want the tail to be (average = 3-5 inches). Don’t forget that some of the styles look best worn over a sweater or blouse.
